What the report says

2 Sep 2026 at 10:17 am UTC By Liam Squires-HandCapcom released the latest major update for Dragon's Dogma 2 ahead of the Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen Expansion releasing in October.
There's a little something for everyone here with plenty of game optimizations, improvements to the world and lots of bug fixes. For lower-end systems like handhelds this should be a nice big improvement with many more graphical options now available to be tweaked in the UI.
And of course Capcom won't mention it directly, but it appears that Denuvo DRM has been removed too.
